make a bet, if peel police can solve the case, I will jump off CN tower. That is just impossible because as long as peel police find it related to mafia, they just start to pretend to be blind and deaf. I know them so well. This has just happened to me.

the fact is in this country, the mafia is considered as part of the culture. For example, they have found out the existence of Italian mafia in Vaughan city, and these Italian mafia are working closely with scarborough mafia. these peel police just don't react and to the most an audience for the crime to happen. Chinese immigrants should set up your own organization to protect yourself.
those Italians, scarborough massage hookers, those mainland mafia local government are all well-connected together. everybody is under their control from your internet and social media. you just don't know it!
