Agree. These are most of Canadians point. Land and materials are cannot be regeneration. Labor cost is soaring. People is coming. There are no reason house price will not be rising.

I already bought the same size house 14 years ago at the price about 400K. I just don't want my property tax raies up, at meanwhile let the new buyer know how hight the price is and how dangerous the market is..........also how tricky the JJ is!!!

加元贬值会挤掉部分泡沫，风险就下降了。

    I don't own any rental property, but if there is a crash, I would definitely buy an extra one for investment.  房价涨只对你有影响但是对我全没有影响的，啊啊. So why would I care?
