这类新闻,总是按有利于忽悠人赶紧买房的方向说。房价、成交量、挂牌量、与上月比、与去年同期比、环比,等等等等,总是给人“房价永不落”的感觉!

赞同!请大家看一英文评论:.....The picture is from file for Sep 2011,the mentioned sales were 7569 units compared to 66249 units in 2012.  So how the hell it is 21% rise in sales.   The reality check in market says banks are not comfortable giving mortgages ; rate of interest are rising.CMHC is not ready to insure houses with low down payments and due to fictious prices buyers are watching it from distance . I think figures are just changing hands between investers to cut on exposures or Brokers agencies to keep their sales figures up.                                         果真如?,那就与俺多年来一直认为加国许多数据造假的想发不谋而合。

数据造假是肯定的,造假者必然是潜在的获利群体。
