It might be easy t o find the fist job in a small town, but if you lost it, you need to move, there are no too many chances. some even worse, after so plant closed, the town turned to be a ghost town.

Plus, you need think about child education and hospital etc.....

But, if you want to be farmer or you are, that a different story.

If you got the first professional job in a small town (generally it's easier), the next one wherever in metropolitan or town is no long a problem.
