不值, VAUGHAN没有好学校. 学校的好坏会影响房子的价格, 好学区比差学区贵10万.

I would never consider to buy such an expensive house. It's not worth of that price - half a million dollars. Most of the houses were pushed to higher and higher by our Chinese immigrants. If we don't do that way, the price will go down.

好的都送去读私校咯。VAUGHAN 也有很好的私校啊。再说WOODBRIDGE 本来就是老外的富人区。公校的好坏现在主要看里面华裔孩子的多少。哈哈。。
