Is there anyone know how to abandon canada permanent residence officially?

The answer is no.

There is an official way to abandon your Canadian citizenship, but not the permanent status.  You can send your PR Card back to CIC, but in the record, you still are a permanent resident.

As long as you never return to Canada, who cares?
