  据媒体报道，此前一天，希拉里在参加长滩一个不公开的筹款午宴时称，如今普京的说词如果听来耳熟，那是因为希特勒在20世纪30年代就说过。

          据外媒报道，前美国国务卿希拉里·克林顿5日试图澄清媒体此前有关她将普京比作“希特勒”的报道，称她并不是想做类比。但她仍然认为，作为一个“强硬而敏感”的领导人，普京浪费了俄罗斯的潜能。

      希拉里在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校发表讲话时称，她此前的讲话并非将普京比作希特勒，但俄罗斯现在的举动“令人回想”纳粹德国在20世纪30年代的举动，当时纳粹称他们需要保护波兰和欧洲其他地区的德国民族。希拉里称，她只是希望大家有一点历史视角，了解这种策略已经被使用过。

      希拉里表示，普京“浪费了俄罗斯的潜能，产生不稳定的威胁，并影响了欧洲的和平”。

      据媒体报道，此前一天，希拉里在参加长滩一个不公开的筹款午宴时称，如今普京的说辞如果听来耳熟，那是因为希特勒在20世纪30年代就说过。普京保护乌克兰克里米亚半岛的所有俄裔居民，令人想起希特勒在二战前为保护日耳曼人采取的行动。

      俄罗斯总统普京当地时间4日否认俄罗斯军队正在乌克兰克里米亚地区展开军事行动，强调在乌克兰动用武力是“最后手段”，但俄罗斯保留动武保护其公民的权力。

      美国总统奥巴马则承认，俄罗斯在乌克兰有其合法利益，但这不能给予普京进行军事干预的权力.

Obama and other US politicians just don't understand: Too much talks without actions simply expose their weakness.
Putin is probably laughing: "well, is this the best you can do? talk?"
Yes, you don't want to go to war with Russia, yes, an economic sanction is hard when you depend on Russian gas, but don't keep saying that, for gods sake.

Yes, you don't want to go to war with Russia, yes, an economic sanction is hard when you depend on Russian gas, but don't keep saying that, for gods sake.

Of course, the Russians don't fear the world war like the Americans do, at least they never show their fear. The danger with retreating every time is that at some point you will find there is no place for you to retreat to anymore, and the world war will indeed happen at that time.
There were plenty of talks, appeasements towards the German at the begining of World War II but no action until Hitler swallowed the entire mainland Europe, some people just don't learn any lesson.

But Obama is a different story, he was known for always backing off.  He said he would take action if Assad use chemical weapon. Assad used it, and nothing happened. When Putin told him to stop missile defense deployment in Poland and Czech, Obama complied immidiately, no question asked.  Right now, Putin is simply ignoring and playing tricks with Obama. He is not taking him seriously at all.

反过来想一下，是美国的路基核弹头离俄罗斯近，还是俄罗斯的离美国近呢？当年肯尼迪把导弹部署在土耳其，这才有了古巴危机，赫鲁晓夫让肯尼迪先撤，自己后撤，肯尼迪没有答应，赫鲁晓夫还是先撤了，肯尼迪投桃报李也把土耳其的导弹撤回，才有戴维营会议实现美苏和解。危机的时候大家都退一步，就都能得和平奖。

But at first, both sides should see clearly this is a crisis, and there is a serious threat for both sides if they don't back off.
If one side does not see any significant consequences and cost for its action, that side will not back off, instead it will go even further.

大家的讨论，表明这种情况给民主国家的领导人一个非常困难的抉择：如果硬碰硬，就有毁灭人类的危险；如果姑息流氓政权，就可能让他讹诈成功，越来越猖狂，最终称霸世界。

这就是为什麽民主国家希望能把小流氓国家的核武器铲除在摇篮里，这个多少有可能性。比如北韩金家政权。
