My friend bought a house in 2008, $520,000, now she said is going to be a million?? not a huge one, just 2500Sq feet, basic need for a family of 4. The material is regular material, the house is around 20-25 years old.

I am wondering if it worths to buy a house which cost a million and it's not a luxury one. every year need to pay certain % for property tax, for canadian working family, who can afford this basic need house but a million dollar???? I guess only Drs or some big business guys, but the problem is Drs and big business guys will buy something better, maybe just 1.1 - 1.2 million for 3500 sq feet. We work more, we pay more tax. For me, it's not worth at all, whoever want to spend a million for that. just enjoy. The JJs keeps pushing people: buy now, it will continue to increase, why? just they want to make money from you!

    只能说大幅贬值的时间不长,
暂时看不到对出口的促进作用,
仅此而已。
我们应该看接下来夏季的数据,
我估计会看到一个满意的结果。

Of course it is not worth it. I don't own a house and I am certainly not buying one now.

是这么回事。房价涨那么多,油价这两年高居不下,食品价格节节高升。。。结果通货膨胀反而不高。鬼知道他们用啥数据统计出来的!

不光上面这些,电脑啥的价格都涨了很多。最近我家里一台旧电脑坏了。所以查数据,我去年同样这时候买了一台dell的台式机,470刀。今年类似配置的电脑我看到最低打折到过580刀。一年一台电脑涨了100多刀。笔记本也是,我一直留意Thinkpad EPP网站上的笔记本,去年T400系列基本是6-700刀,现在全部是8-900刀。。

政府前一段不是说了嘛,安省后面三年电费要涨40-50%!

我就纳闷了,房价赞成这样,食品价格每年涨,汽油就不说了,现在电也涨,电脑就像我前面说的也涨。。。总之,和人们生活最相关的东西都涨,他们还弄啥低通涨来唬弄人。也不知道是啥专家拍脑门子出来的。

But the problem is: the income is not increased, most of the profession getting lower and lower pay. That's why sometimes I work more in case in the future I have nothing to do or the salary decreased. This is also consider we lose the confident for spending more money.

But when you comparing the housing price. it's very funny. Only the Chinese Community (Most of Chinese want to buy the house in that area), the housing price increase that much?!
Why? JJs play a very important role here! One of my neighbour: a white lady told me that "They are very lucky to buy a house here 15 years ago, now so many Chinese move into this area, and their house sale much much more expensive than her brother's house! her brother bought the house in the same year also the same price in the other area"! I don't know what's my feeling, but it's so uncomfortable and i cannot tell what is. The government, bank and JJs are so happy to see Chinese to work for 50- 70 hours per week in order to buy a house in a good school area and we don't know the EQAO is not trusted or it means nothing. i don't want to be a stupid one, anyway, I know if my kids are dragon, wherever I put them into, they won't be a snake; but if my kids are snake, even I work 80 hours per week to buy a house in a good school area, they are still a snake! Wake up!
