Experience: 1 - 2 years

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Word processing software, Database software, Data entry, Keyboarding, General office equipment, Internet browser

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Reserve seats for general public, travel agencies and tour companies, Help customers plan travel time and routes, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls, Arrange services required for customers with special needs
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
