The loonie was down 0.55 of a cent to 103.76 cents US after the U.S. Labour Department reported that the economy created only 18,000 jobs while the unemployment rate rose 0.1 of a percentage point to 9.2 per cent.

The country’s unemployment rate held steady in June at 7.4 per cent as the number of people entering the workforce increased. The increase in jobs was mainly in the part-time sector, which added 21,000 jobs, compared with 7,000 new full-time jobs.

加国经济体小而脆弱，不可能执行独特的货币政策，近几年大幅加息的可能性等于零
除非美欧日经济明显好转，但有G20这么个大尾巴拖累着，短期内经济恢复是不可能的
所以利率还得一直这么低着，房价还会一直这么涨着
有钱人赶上了好时代，租房一族可就惨了。。。

再说了，多伦多的房价也是低得不象话了，涨一涨很正常
