These kind of things happens in other countries. I know a guy who is the expert in myoblast theropy. Some of his trials also performed in south american countries and east european countries.

Yes. In the so called justice and fairness society, such clinic trial cannot be conducted easily so that the scientists and physicians do the clinic trials in other countries. Is this fair? Any way, there will be no treatment progress for fatal diseases if there is not enough clinic trials.
