现在的市场买咋样的生意好?

想买一个小生意, 刚开始看. 但不知那一类生意可做. 便利店的要价似乎很高了, COFFE SHOP 如果不是TIM HORTONS, 也很难赚钱了. HANBURG 不是健康食品, 前景也是不妙. 有没有别的呢. 可以靠劳动赚一点小钱, 但不会太RISK.

化最少的钱, 得最大的利是最理想了.
每年希望有10万的收入, 投资额要根据生意的风险吧. 风险小可以投资大一点, 风险高投资就要小一点了. 大概在10万到30万之间吧.

which mean u want the reture is around 100%-33%

hum....go buy high risk stock

beside....i dont think there r any business can have 100% reture for sure

income will include myself's payment while I am working there. profit is meanly after all expenses. It is total different. I could have 100k income as long as working long hour there, reduce other expenses, while the business is not so profitable.

Hi, we have the similar situation now, but I don't have that much money. It depands on your experience, your background, your family, etc. If you're couple, the convenience store maybe the best, if you have children need to take care, you'd better find a job and give the money to the experts let them make money for you. you can also buy a property(residential/commercial unit) for rent, meantime you can practise the business you want to do like food court/restaurant, if you don't work in that field before, anyway, make money is not easy but lose money.... be thoughtful before action!
