When the US allies know it can not longer to protect them. They will scramble to build up their defenses including nuclear weapons as fast they can, start with Japan, Saudi Arabia, maybe Indonesia, and many more. I guess China will feel much safer when 20 other countries including Japan suddenly have nuclear weapons. Obama really deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
