在天气晴好，视野广阔的乡间开车时，尤其要注意安全，所谓注意安全，是指注意其他车辆是否有对自己驾驶造成威胁的现象，要及时观察四周。注意交通标识。在野外开车时，司机往往容易精神涣散或者不能集中精神驾驶。

我处理过几宗乡间汽车肇事案，都是由于大意引起的。这里提醒大家，法律上说，你自己的违章不能因为对方违章在先，而不被检控。所以请大家驾驶时，除去注意自己以外，还要注意路上其他的司机驾驶状态。

这些外来劳务人员来本地打工是不需要签证的，可以估计也没有人身保险，出了这样重大的事故，真是令人扼腕，愿他们的家人多少都能有所补偿吧。

Because Canadians do not WANT these jobs. It is hard work, dirty jobs with awful hours. With all the government regulations involved with bringing in migrants it would be easier to hire locals, but locals will not take these jobs. It takes much planning to bring them here with regard to housing, wages, health care, language issues and work permits.

有点类似中国，苦的累的活本地人都不愿意干，只好找外地民工。民工的保障总是差强人意。

是这么个理。说中国劳动力价廉，世界血汗工厂，那是中国的现状。中国工人要都像TTC员工，那大家就只能都饿肚子。这些秘鲁的劳工也是一样的道理。

xiaofeiyu说的没错，乡间平直路段十字路口前百米应设减速提醒标志，发生事故的司机并不是在路口不停，也许他压根儿就没看到停牌，这有各种因素引起，到路口时发现为时已晚。这种悲剧在乡间小镇经常发生，但就没有引起改进，那帮脑残议员不知除了禁翅还能做些什么正事！

据早新闻介绍，通过联邦非技术农业类渠道，来加打工的外国人有近25万。主要来自南美国家，近年迅猛增加。
其实，你如果去过多伦多附近农场，会注意到干活的多是外来民工，为大家的菜篮子做贡献。
这个事故让外来打工者成为关注点，出外谋生不容易。

这种事故很多，很多country road 的十字路口一边有停牌，一边没有，在country road 上行驶要特别小心。
