No one can predict what's going to be like in housing market.

Too many naive people have been misled by so-called experts and organized institutions in the past decade (or even longer).

Please use your own judgement and intelligence to decide what to do according to your own situation next.

同意。就当前的通讯技术，买卖的速度，以及全球化市场，任何预测都不一定准确，人为炒作的因素实在是太大了。目前的市场很难抓住规律。
