[评论]三位加拿大华人谈求职经历
"他这次就是在一电脑培训学校参加了两个月的Advanced Java培训,总共听了三门课,这类包装非常必要,不然的话不会这么顺利就找到工作。"
he, he, he, "包装", the schools provide false reference letters and false Canadian experience for their students (create a false project to let those students to design, then say that project is for ... , or more easily, give a phone number /email of somebody in a company to be reference of those students if the school paies money to that person in advance) so that all of their student look like a very very very IT asset to every company (in fact, most of those students have little knowledge about computer in China, so that they are not able to study new IT technologies by themselves, but they want a IT job to make a living), which has been not a secret since 1999.
If you have a chance to touch those software products designed for Canadian users in the past 5 years, you can find so many bugs and mess in the source code, those schools contribute much to this problem, which forces me to doubt what a Canada training programmer could do. |
