I landed at Rainbow Bridge this Monday.
Now My ECAS has changed to "Complete". I got a lot of useful information and advice from this forum. Thanks all. I wrote the landing experience in my diary, and I copied it here to share with you.
9:00 Take the bus to the Casino Niagara Falls from Scarborough.
11:00 Get down at the Fallsview Casino Resort. Walk all the way down to the old Casino. Approximately half an hours' walk.
12:00 Far opposite to the Old Casino, I guess you can see the Rainbow Bridge. Walk there, and go to the office, inquire about the immigration landing. That officer is very friendly, and he asked me to walk through the Rainbow Bridge, explaining to the US officer on the other side, and they would tell you what to do; then you could get back to the Canadian side, and the officers can handle the immigration landing case for you.
12:10 Deposit two twenty five cents (fifty cents in total) on the right door of the office (there are two doors, one is to the USA, the other is the way back to Canada). Walk through the Rainbow Bridge. (It is not so long distance as I have ever imagined. Quite short bridge) After I arrived at the US side, explaining to the US visa officer about Canada immigration landing. Wait for a couple of minutes, and get a letter of refusual of admission to USA since I do not have the US visa. With the letter, my passport, and the landing paper, I went back to the Canadian side through the Rainbow Bridge. The officer asked whether I have any goods to follow. With the answer No, he gave me a yellow paper with no goods to follow. Then he told me I should go to the office on the opposite side (There is a stop sign near it), the visa officers there will process the immigration landing.
Around 12: 35 Take the immigration landing paper, my passport, the yellow paper with no goods to follow and the refusal letter to the states to the immigration officer. He asked me to write my address and phone number on the back side of the paper. Also, the visa officer asked for bank financial statement. Sign my initials and names on the landing paper. Then wait for a couple of minutes, until the landing paper is stapled on my passport. Visa officer told me he will take care of the PR card, and it will be mailed to me after four to six weeks. I also inquired about the landing fee refund, and got the request form (It could be directly downloaded from the CIC website).
12:50 Everything is finalised.

March 2006 Interview Waiver letter
April 2006 Medical exam
August 22, 2006 PPR
Sept 22, 2006 visa and passport back
Oct 2, landed at Rainbow Bridge, and became a permanent resident.
