Well, don't blame how bad his English is. It is not the key point. Remember, all of you are Chinese still, although you may have Canadian passport now.

The truth is "here is the heaven for those who are not doing good in China or those who are not competitive. Here is the hell for those who are doing well in China.

Go back to China if you are competitive or stay if you are imcompetent.
