我对游行口号的建议

我对游行口号的看法：
"来自 http://www.sponsoryourparents.ca 提供的群发邮件的最新口号：
1.To start processing of parental application in Mississauga office and in Canadian Embassies abroad immediately."
为什么只有Mississauga？
2.To set total processing time for parental applications at 1 year as it was in 2002
怎么也不能短于技术移民的processing time 吧？
3.To restore admission quotas of parents and grandparents as it was in 2002: 20,000
支持！出于人道理由！
4.Put parents and grandparents on the top priority in the family class immigrants as it was in 2002.
一派胡言！怎么也不能优先于配偶和子女吧？
5.To allow parents to come to Canada as visitors and allow them to stay until their cases are finalized
如此移民法就是一纸空文了！我们建议修改法律，但是不要号召大家违法！探亲和移民都要通过正常手续，移民部不能因为父母办了移民而拒发探亲签证，可以加大执法力度，对于签证过期仍然滞留在加拿大等移民的人士应该遣返，否则对于在国外申请的人士不公平。
6.To apologize for the delay and resend the letters to parents regarding the new processing time

似乎应该是our rights as Canadians， 这样说不是明显歧视新移民吗？

减少父母移民配额并不等于年龄歧视，为什么技术移民都要有学历？这样对小学初中文化的来说，不是学历歧视吗？
