其实回不回国很简单,如果没有什么本事留在加拿大是个明智的选择.
但凡对自己的能力有信心,回国的机会肯定比这里大得多.

Regional controller is a financial manager position.

There are many Chinese in the manager level positions with this level of income or even more. Most of us started from a poor immigrant student many years ago. Don't give up! Work harder!! and you will be there too.

The most important is try to improve your English as perfect as possible by watching TV shows, listening to radio, and practice to yourself 24/7.
