　　日前，美军在费卢杰的战事已基本结束。在这次作战中，美军以“大棒打跳蚤”的城市战战法，用飞机的狂轰乱炸，坦克装甲的横冲直撞，在严重破坏城市、伤及平民的情况下，最终控制反美武装据点费卢杰。但美军不仅没有实现战前制定的抓捕扎卡维、为明年的伊拉克大选扫清障碍的预定目标，而且还打出了三个“苦果”。

　　“苦果”之一：把反美武装力量打成了“一团”。萨达姆倒台后，伊拉克各派力量山头林立，反美武装一盘散沙，逊尼和什叶两大派别积怨甚深。但是这次美军对费卢杰的作战，却促成了这些不同组织和派别的联合。什叶派穆斯林领导人萨德尔的“迈赫迪军”为了抗议美军在费卢杰以及其他城镇的暴行，率先宣布停止支持明年1月举行的大选。11月13日，十余个反美武装组织发表联合声明：“为了报复（美军）对费卢杰民众犯下的罪行和集体灭绝行为，‘伊拉克圣战基地组织’、‘伊斯兰军’、‘1920年革命旅’等组织宣布将把战斗扩大到伊拉克所有省份和所有地区。”11月14日，什叶派穆斯林最高领袖穆罕默德·迈赫迪·哈利西、什叶派长老哈迪·哈利西分别发表声明，谴责美军对费卢杰的进攻，称其为肮脏的侵略战争，是邪恶的战争，是一场大屠杀；并“宣布伊拉克逊尼派穆斯林是我们的兄弟姐妹，是我们亲密的同胞。我们支持费卢杰中我们的逊尼派弟兄们，世界上没有什么能够破坏这种兄弟关系”。

　　“苦果”之二：把伊临时政府打散了。伊临时政府本来的政治根基就不牢靠，这次作战促进了临时政府内部的分化。临时政府中逊尼派政党伊斯兰党于上周退出了临时政府，以表示抗议美伊联军对费卢杰采取的军事行动，这使美军恼羞成怒，竟在11月16日将该党领导人、伊拉克临时国民议会副议长纳西尔·阿耶夫逮捕。对此次作战，就连临时政府总统加齐·亚瓦尔都极为不满，说“美伊联军此次进攻费卢杰，犹如用大炮打一头牛上的一只苍蝇，苍蝇被打死了，老牛肯定也活不成了”。11月17日，伊拉克47个政党团体宣布抵制明年1月份的大选。

　　“苦果”之三：把多国部队打裂了。早在10月的战役部署期间，美国就要求在伊拉克驻有军队的盟国考虑向伊境内其他地区派遣军队，以参加和保障费卢杰的作战。但大多数国家并不同意，匈牙利当时就宣布要从伊拉克撤出军队；意大利国防部长安东尼奥·马蒂诺10月19日明确表示，意大利派驻伊拉克的3000人部队将不参加美国提出的多国部队辖区调配计划。就连美国最可靠的盟友英国也只象征性地向费卢杰的外围派出了850名士兵，而且还招致议会的强烈反对。法国总统也于11月17日明确表态：“今后在伊拉克采取的军事行动必须经联合国批准”，“通过费卢杰一战，也许美国在伊拉克单打独斗的时代已经到来。”

Of course you cannot understand. majority of proponents for Bush are people who earn over average annual income. 86% of blacks and some proportion of people who earn under average annual income advocate Kerry. Now, you can make sense who is SB. SB who come from China still think they can change thier impression. ****!
