I am Feng Wei,an professional mechanical engineer from China and my wife is a peditriacian in China.And now both of us fail to find a job many times in Canada just owing to the lack of  canadian experience, in spite of more than 20 years work ecperiences in our both fields. 其实，所谓的缺乏加拿大经验在大多数情况下只是一个借口而已。就向大陆的移民要求会广东话，向广东的移民要求上海话一样。只是后两个借口不太高明，不是那么有欺骗性和迷惑性。

在加拿大找工最有效的方法是networing，说白了也就是“拉关系，走后门”，从这一现象大家可以想象一下加拿大是一个什么样的社会了。

networing是新移民也是中国新移民的弱现，普遍的印象是，在海外，中国人远不及其他少数族群团结，这也是中国人在海外社会地位低下的一个重要原因。
