电影爱好者的好消息
第一届加拿大微电影大赛是首次整合全媒体优势资源，着力打造的全球性权威微电影赛事，旨在发掘微电影人才，推动微电影发展。覆盖电视、网络、手机、IP电视、公交移动电视等全媒体平台，实现微电影"一云多屏"传播。大赛于2012年4月20日正式启动征集，至8月19日征集结束。国际知名导演贾樟柯和徐静蕾领衔的评审团打分，获胜作品导演将获得奖杯和奖品，并得到与国际大牌导演亲密合作的机会。
第一届加拿大微电影大赛为由加拿大电影协会主办，由艺峰影视有限公司协办，龙兄弟礼品公司等协办，为提高活动的群众参与性、吸引力、知名度，烘托人气，举办首届加拿大微电影大赛，会提高整个加拿大参赛选手的积极性和创造性，预计会产生丰厚的品牌广告宣传效应，以及良好积极的社会影响。

（一）、登陆官网报名上传
大赛分微电影和微剧本两类.
微电影 （不设置任何门槛，参赛者自行选择赛区）
1.片长：2-20分钟。
2.影片需有完整的片头、片尾、字幕（中文简体）、主创人员名单。
3.请先下载参赛表格，填写完成后，发送邮件至： (请以作品名称命名)，然后再从网络通道上传视频。
网络赛区视频（标清区）： 原拍摄视频分辨率为720X576 上传视频格式:将视频转成分辨率640 X 480的 MPG、MPEG、WMV、AVI、 MP4、MOV视频文件，通过官网标清区上传通道上传。
注意：A 参赛作品需严格根据自身作品的画质分辨率分区域上传，务必保留高质量的视频原件，以便在入 选后，电视播出使用。 B 务必填写清楚个人信息，便于我们联系到你。
微剧本
1.字数300-3000字。
2.有完整的故事结构。
3.参赛者必须保证提交的参赛作品是新近完成的原创作品。
4.参赛作品内容不得涉及色情、暴力、种族歧视的内容，不得与中华人民共和国和加拿大法律、法规相抵触；
5. 剧本请先下载参赛表格，填写完成后，连同剧本，发送邮件至： (请以作品名称命名)。

The competition is divided into two types of micro-film and micro-script.

Program of activities
1、 参赛报名：报名无任何年龄、族裔、背景、语言限制，任何人，任何题材，任何格式，只要微电影作品在2—20分钟，有中文或者英文字幕即可。
2、 作品征集后正式入围放映作品：专业组10—25部，网络组15—30部
3、 参赛期间组织集中剧场放映：专业组2次，网络组3次，现场可放置赞助商宣传版，正式放映前可加放3—5分钟赞助商电视广告。允许赞助商现场进行广告及产品宣传。
4、 十月初，举行颁奖典礼，举行赞助商进行颁奖的总的颁奖和文艺表演活动。
5、 所有报名作品都可以在主题赞助商这里进行独家放映。并在加拿大微电影大赛官网上播映。
6、 主办方承诺：
A.培训愿意参加的所有参赛者，1—3天微电影制作课程。
B.帮助指导参赛选手完善微电影创意和剧本创作。
C.优秀剧本征集的前三名，提供三个免费广播级高清电影全套拍摄器材.其他剧本优惠价格提供广播级高清电影全套拍摄器材。
D．协助参赛者的高清、标清微电影的后期的剪接制作。
E．协助参赛者上传作品，参加中国国际微电影大赛。
F． 所有报名参赛作品汇总出DVD套装。
G． 对所有作品举行入围参赛评奖。
