管理局内失物招领

昨天兴致冲冲前去管理局聆听信息发布会，２小时过后才发现自己是满怀希望而去，极度失望而归。
然而此次并非完全虚行，临走前无意中见到一张椅子下的地上有一份不知是哪位仁兄遗留的文件。略略看过发现内容十分重要，尤其对中医界更显珍贵。

为了让失主早日寻回失文，特将失文登在此网。望其他有心人见到之后，请尽快通知失主认领。以下是失文的内容：

?       Practicing during 2008 and 2009
?       Only for five years
o       Subject to satisfactory inspections
o       Must have English / French member on site
?       Can move to Full class if:
o       Three years of practice at any point in the public place
o       Demonstrate competencies through PLA, portfolio review and oral assessment
?       Meet language requirements

?       Who: Person who start practicing after Act passed but before Act proclaimed
?       4-year program – likely to be approved
o       3years for acupuncture
?       1-year structured clinical experience
o       Can be obtained in the program

?       Subject to inspection program

?       Who: Persons enrolled in an approved program, exams, or clinical experience
?       Purpose: education and engagement practice only under supervision
