IF YOU KNOW HOW YOU CAN ALSO EVICT A SQUATTER WITHIN 2-3 MONTHS.
IN 2015 , I WITH SPECIAL TACTICS, SUCCESSFULLY EVICTED A 60 YEARS BIG JAMAICA OLD BLACK MALE, SAID MORTGAGE BROKER BUT ACTUALLY JOBLESS , WITH A SHORT 39 YEARS OLD MAINLAND CHINESE WOMAN, WORKING AS AN ACCOUNTANT IN DENISON STREET. THEY HAVE TWO KIDS, A BOY call Edward & A GIRL call MEEGAN, 6 to 9 YEARS OLD RESPECTIVELY. THEY ALWAYS SCAM RENT IN BRIMLEY, FINCH AREA BECAUSE OF KIDS' SCHOOL DISTRICT. Do any of you have kids in school within that area?
They left in a hurry and inadvertently with documents left behind which shown for the past 10 years they had been evicted 7 TIMES!!!! BUT, in that way, Every year, they saved at least 6 months rent!! THEY ARE SEASONED PROFEESIONAL RENT SCAMMERS!
THEY OF COURSE, AS USUAL, MOVED OUT WITHOUT PAYING THE OVER-DUE RENTAL BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT IS A LOOPHOLE WITH LANDLORD TRIBUNAL SYSTEM. BUT, WITH MY DETERMINATION AND PERSONAL EFFORTS,I TRACK THEM DOWN TO THEIR NEW ADDRESS AND EVEN CONTACTED THEIR NEW LANDLORD ( THIS LANDLORD LATER TOOK HIM A YEAR TO EVICT THIS COUPLE ), THEY GOT SCARED, SO PAID ME EVERY SINGLE DIME THEY OWES ME!
BUT, OF COURSE, I WASTED SOME PARALEGAL FEE PLUS LOTS OF TIME, STRESS, ANGERINESS & FRUSTRATION.
OWNERS IN FINCH BRIMLEY AREA PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COUPLE !! MY ADVICE IS NEVER RENT OUT TO BLACK GUY, OR EVEN CAUCASIANS! MY CASE WAS MY LISTING AGENT'S FAULT , SAID MORTGAGE AGENT ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND I WAS TOO BUSY TO INTERVIEW THIS COUPLE BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE CONTRACT! MY LISTING AGENT WAS FROM MAINLAND CHINA WITH POOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE & LACK OF EXPERIENCE ; MY FAULT TO HIRE HER!
THIS COUPLE WERE MENTIONED 2 YEARS AGO IN 51. CA !!! |
