分发三明治应该更好，进餐者抱怨饭店只给只是一小块肉，吃不饱：
“I took my insulin this morning, thinking it would be a real dinner, but there was nothing there,” one man told Vice. “It was a tiny piece of meat, but that was it. They didn’t feed me enough for my insulin, so I had to buy this food here before I get too low on sugar. Otherwise I would have gone into a coma, so that’s why I bought these sweets.”

现场分钱这种事儿，在落后野蛮地区确是管用，但在文明法治社会就肯定会引起骂声四起，适得其反。上次冰暴派购物卡就是一例。
