早就有了，只是申请费用降低了50刀。反正比那2年的超级签证强。

Starting from Jan 01, 2014, only printed version is acceptable for Chinese visa application, hand writing form would be refused. Therefore, you may have to experience extra trips to go to the Chinese consulate, which is not indicated in the application form.

The thing is some computers cannot support typing Chinese into the form, you may need to buy a new computer to complete the form!

It is so time consuming!
