曾经有人把某些糠抖的月租金达到1800元高兴,说可以抵消管理费+贷款利息+地税+水电, 还有几十元的正现金流.俺就纳闷了, 能长期付得起1800元租金还不买房的家庭能有多少,管理费,地税,水电费可是年年涨的,糠抖房价不涨还随着房龄跌价的.就算租金一直不跌, 没几年也成负现金流了.

现在买糠抖的投资者两个里面有一个是负现金流,而且是负$200的现金流。在GLOBE AND MAIL 英文文章:
