与其说现在的市场像泡沫，不如说像气球。泡沫总会破裂，但是气球只要没有针刺破，通常会慢慢泄气。

这个比喻不恰当。气球只要不断地吹或者稍受一点外力就爆破了。不如说象皮球，这帮吹牛大师用嘴永远吹不破。可是问题又来了，皮球就吹不大了。

他们应该说温哥华也无泡沫，也不会破。不要给读者留下破绽，温哥华房价大跌，其它地区岂不受影响？其结果必然是兵败如山倒！！！

花草迷想抄底买房的心情也太急了点...... 我看除了没有基础暴涨的温哥华之外, 其他地区房价不容易大跌, 能小跌就不错了. 1990年房价是大城市跌, 其他地方没什么大跌.

是钱就得有避风港，欧洲没戏，中国也没戏，加拿大的房子还会涨。俺可不是经纪，感觉是这样，如果加拿大没有资源、加元最安全，恐怕房子早跌了。

曾经被某些加拿大人推崇的欧洲高税收高福利的懒人社会, 己经因为病猪N国, 希腊接近破产和冰岛的国家破产, 成了笑话.

我觉得特别有意思,只要讲到房价,似乎大家都特别激动.谁都不是预言大师, JJ 也不是 .我是最早买房的收益者, 也不care 将来会不会大跌. 只知道我没有早买, 现在肯定买不起了. 想着将来会大跌的朋友们,我想你的底气也不足,因为每年10万移民到多伦多的人他们是要租要买的.downtown 的出租公寓在旺季节都是一个渣都没留下.美国房价是跌了,但纽约很稳还是天价.我真不明白, 身边有朋友也是这样,老想着会跌,等到房价呼呼一年一年往上的时候,慌神的想买的时候,连公寓都买不起了,就只能想着有一天去捡便宜.我看等到这一天.难! 我是当年3万加币首期外加借了一点买了第一套房,到今天我的新房80万的价位.其实,我的经验是:买股票不如买砖!欢迎拍砖!

说句找拍的话，如果您还在等多伦多房市崩盘，2、3年内估计难以如愿了。美联储不是说要将低利率进行到2014年底了吗？加拿大肯定也得跟着，老百姓负担能力还是很强的。据俺观察，华人新移民裹来的钱投入抢房自不待言，本地工薪层搞二房投资的也不在少数。俺身边好几个白的黑的同事对这两年投资股市失望，有正看二房的、有买渡假屋的、有惦记去奥兰多抄底的，反正都脚着当地主尤其是大地主还是不错滴。
