真了不起的女孩，这么早就知道自己的职业取向，工作出色还乐在其中真是让我羡慕。很多大学生还不知道自己喜欢和适合干什么专业而犹疑不定呢。我觉得20出头的年轻人是不是更应该像这位女孩这样多体验，多游历，扩宽自己的视野，至于什么稳定拉，买房啦是不是可以稍微推后一两年。

She should take this job.  Just like oil and gas industry, when the market is hot, the salary is very good and gold companies just grab whoever it can find, but if the market goes down, there will be a lot of laid-off.

By the way, her company headquarter is in Johannesburg, South Africa and most of the company's production is coming from Africa.  Most likely, she will work in Africa sooner or later.   So why not take the company which pays more?
