Peng, xuan killed her daughter, she should not be human, she will be shoot if she is in China.
Only 10 year could be out of prison, she should say " thank you all of you"

I do not think you even bother to open the link I sent to you.
every body should believe the law, there is no doubt about it. There is no perfect system to prevent mistakes. All I mean is you need to keep your mind open, before you make any judgement, you may need to spent sometime to read the evidences published by media, the members of the jury , closing statements of both crown and defence ..    One thing you may never know is that the police refused to test the key evidence: the girl's finger nails and the officer who made this decision refused to testify.

正常孩子也不能担保不会自己淹死在浴缸里，前几天就有一家3个孩子在浴缸洗澡，监护的大人一时走开，而毛巾堵住下水口，孩子就淹在浴缸里，幸亏发现及时，其中一个孩子在警察来时几乎没有呼吸，后来好像救过来了。

None of the 51ers including myself know whether Peng killed her child. The conviction doesn't mean she must have murdered her child.  It means the jury believed she had, based on the principle of "beyond reasonable doubts".

I believe my knowledge in Canadian laws is better than lots of 51ers.  My previous record shows I fully support the Canadian legal system.

In my humble opinion and in accordance with my knowledge and experience in the past 20 years, evidence against Peng is very weak.

Peng should appeal.

Page 10 of this report says in bathtub death, majority of the deceased are under 24 months (n=24) and the second peak is 10 years (n=13).

Kids with special needs, despite their older age, are vulnerable to bathtub accidents. No matter what, parents should watch kids activities in the bathroom.
