This is be a great idea,if also give refugee or foreigner(like Chinese people) a status,I think,that's also a good idea,because they want stay Canada to make good lifes,find good jobs,everybody make this country beautiful together,so they really need help,I know that!
Give them what are they need just they aren't criminals!
