Chinese companies need to catch up
You may think I am bias but my experiences showed North companies have better customer service than Chinese companies. Microsoft send me an upgrade software by FedEx next day service even my original was a demo. Sony gave me a better memory card when my old one had problem. Staples also gave me a better calculator because my old one was broken and it did not have it in stock. A lot of examples.
My biggest problem was with Haier. My new washing machine was broken down and I called them. I told the guy what happened and the guy called me back three days later and told me that they needed to replace the machine. He told me someone would call me to exchange the machine but nobody came. Phone calls and promises were useless. About few months later I got a call from Haier about a survey. I told the girl I did not want to do the survey and told her what happened. I talked to the supervisor and she told me someone would call me back. Nobody did. |
