US$25billion loan 2.19 billion barrels of oil. A reliable supply of the oil, but we need to know how much we pay for that oil in the future, market price, or any discount?
Anyway, probably this is one of the best deal we get in the world credit crisis. Thanks to the credit crunch opportunity.
