既然是人道主义救援,就不要考虑受灾的国家的经济实力,何况中国仍然是个发展中国家,人均收入还很低,一部分先富起来的人并不代表人均生活水平.任何借口都是苍白的,只有拿出实际行动,去帮助那些在灾难中挣扎的贫民百姓,才算真正的人道.

但是我们可以从人道主义立场要求：

    * Commit $10 million immediately, for rescue, recovery and relief efforts
    * Match dollar for dollar money raised by Canadian non-governmental organizations for the victims of this earthquake
    * Issue a one-time charitable tax number through Canada Revenue Agency to community organizations that collect relief funds
    * Expedite Family Class Sponsorship cases from southwestern China that are in process
    * Issue visitor visas to immediate family members of the Canadian-Chinese community, so they can join their relatives in Canada
