说得不错。中国人中出几个败类也很正常，这51上都能看到，更别说别的地方了。整天看到多伦多什么杀人、强奸之类的，也没看到加上“加拿大人”的报道。这些人就是带有明显的种族歧视来恶意诋毁华人的形象。

Employers Warned After Major Forgery Ring Offering University Degrees & Diplomas Smashed

Most of us go to college or university to earn our degree.

But cops have busted a ring of fraud suspects who catered to people who couldn't wait that long.

They've collared five people working out of a  Markham home who allegedly offered access to real looking but very phony diplomas, school transcripts, immigration documents and driver's licenses. They say they also found the equipment needed to make them all.

Cops admit even they were impressed by the handiwork, noting only a professional would have been able to tell the false from the real.

"I have been a police officer now for 30 years, I have run across forged passports before, forged immigration documents before, forged driver licences. I have never seen forged diplomas or forged transcripts," admits Detective Fred Kerr. "We even found blank high school diplomas as well as blank high school mark transcripts."

Now authorities are warning prospective employers to be on the lookout for someone who may claim to be what they're not.

"I would stress that people don't take documents on face value," advises York Police Chief Armand La Barge.

"That's what background checks are for when you are actually applying for a position. Don't assume that that diploma or that certificate for that position that you are hiring someone for is authentic."

Cops stumbled upon the operation by accident. They were actually investigating suspicious activity involving stolen cars when they found a website listing prices for the documents.

And none of this paper came cheap. The most expensive item up for sale was an immigration by marriage application. It was being sold for $18,000.

Five Chinese nationals in Canada on student visas are facing various forgery charges.

可恨的是这些"垃圾"留学生. 这种造假肯定会影响正常毕业的留学生在加拿大就业的. 用人单位会非常小心的.
