don't come to any conclusion before you really undestand what's going on. Toronto seems to be a place where people take things really easy. There are no places for entertaintment, and you can look no where for what you want. To a very extent, these are misconceptions.
I remember there is a very decent store around Vic Park/ Steeles area that's specialized in electronics. You can find all kinds of resistors, capacitors etc. It's on the west side of Victoria Park,southe of Steeles. Sorry, I don't remember the name of the store.
