初步想法:　不管你以前是学医的还是护士出身，　不管你以前是经商的还是坐办公室的，　如果你现在已经跻身于了护士（ＲＥＧＩＳＴＥＲＥＤ　ＮＵＲＳＥ）这行，　我想组织一下，　好相互有个照应．　第一，　In Canada, job postings are usually from internal．　If we have any information, we can exchange to provide more chances for our own people. 第二，　如果你工作中有任何不愉快的事，　也许我们可以为你分忧解愁．　第三，　You must have you strength, we can update our knowledge by learning from each other.
