The woman is an adult without a mental problem so she should have the initiative to govern her safety issues!  She should have asked the driver to provide her with the safety bell and If she thought the car speed was exceeding the speed limit, she should have ordered the driver to slow down accordingly!

fact #1 its the driver's fault to follow too close and resulted in the incident; 2nd, do u know what is due diligence? the tax driver did not perform due diligence therefore lead to severe consequence, so from all respect, its non arguably true its the driver's fault, only question is how much $ as compensation
