Dear Secretary General:

Re: Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-124-1

1. I am writing to oppose the application by the 9 Chinese TV services for inclusion to CRTC’s list of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis
2. I come from China, now I am a Canadian, I am journalist, I have been writing articles for Chinese Media for more then five years.
3. When I was young, I believe that Hongkang and Taiwan’s sky never have sun, because all the footage about Hongkang and Taiwan I saw from the screen is always very dark and covered by thick cloud. Now I know it is a kind way of propaganda. Maybe 9 CCP TV wouldn’t need to say many slander words in its program, but use footage they can also gradually finish the brain-wash in Canada too.
4. When Chinese Communist Party leader Hujintao visit Canada last year, many people went to protest him, but Chinese People living in Mainland China never have chance to see those footage from CCP’s TV screen, they only can see that people hold red flag go to welcome Hu. People can never see the turth from CCP’s TV.
5. There is a well-known program named  “Animal world” on CCTV, looks like it is talking science about animals, but the commendatory is continuously deny God and told people that human being is just like animals, that only the strongest person can have chance to get every thing, and fight is the power of world progress. When I just come to Canada, I was very battlesome and unbelieving, It took me long time to believe that Canadian people’s smile is pure-hearted. Hate propaganda could been made very nature and beautiful in CCP’s TV program. I know is hard for CRTC to accept this program as a hate evidence, but it will really destroy the harmonic of Canada and affect my three boys. I wish my sons will get things by hard working and serve the community but not through fight when they grow up.

加拿大广播电视管理处从新征集社会各界对九家电视台申请落地的公众意见，截止期是5月3日，时间转眼就到了。邪恶那边在动用它在加拿大的各个中文媒体在当地人中鼓动华人写支持信，对此我们大法弟子不能轻视，希望每一位大法弟子都动手?

写一封信发给CRTC，不会写英文的就请写中文的，信不要长，讲一个你亲身经历的被中共媒体宣传欺骗了的故事，或是党文化通过媒体怎样扭曲了我们的人性或观念的小故事。
这不是在做事，而是很好的讲清真相的过程，所有的信都会放在CRTC的网站上，加大主流媒体目前很关注这件事，记者都会去那里看，这是我们整体配合向媒体讲真的机会，请大家再忙也写一段文字出来。
规范的信的形式以及发信地址请少九再给大家发一次，会写英文的同修请自己发过。

I also could not see something from Canadian TV, like real deveopment of China. So by your logic, Canadian TV also doesn't tell the truth.

For the "Animal world" part, I don't quite understand. Could you translate it in Chinese ?

For the affecting your boys part, it is easy to protect them: you just do not subscribe those TV channles.

If following your logic:
  "it ... affect my three boys.",
since the only way to "affect" your boys is that you subscribe those TV channles, it looks like ridiculous and contradiction !

Why you oppose those TV channels and also want to subscribe them ?

Trust me, if CRTC read such a letter, they will have similar thoughts: it does not make sense, especially the part of protecting your boys.
