If they came to Canada on Chinese government, before they came to Canada, they must sign agreement with Chinese government or institutes (agencies) - after graduation, will come back to China serving for the country!
If it is true, did they keep the promises?? China is their motherland country, if they can betrayed to their" mother", how can trust they are trusted: what are they proud of???
