You can apply for a master degree program different from your bachelor's, but, has to be related. Or MBA is a good option since it doesn't have a specific requirement on your undergraduate major.
As for Batchelor degree program, it takes up to 3 to 4 years to finish. It depends on how many credits of courses you take each year. Some universities offer courses all year round, 3 semesters a year. In this case, you can spend 3 year earning a batchelor degree.
It doesn't take very long to conduct a web research into Toronto's universities. By doing so, you will have a lot more first hand knowledge about the higher education here.
