买保险和买房，都有具体法律规定的，当你交钱的时候，一定是有合同的。而且，据
我所知，当你买了保险之后，保险公司会有十天的冷却期给你，你可以改变主意。
可是，在西方社会，有保险是相当重要的。我个人就买了好几种保险。这不仅是代
表了你的身价，也保障了你自己，又可以避税，何乐而不为呢？当你有了重病保险，
DISABLILITY保险，和INUITY之后，你都无需打工了，吃哪些就够了。这就是在加拿
大好的地方，只是新移民还不知道罢了。

About the qualification reorganization:  My feeling is that we need to understand that in fact this is not a big problem.  As a real issue for English as Second Language person, we do have communication problem.  If your English is good, you still could have pretty good chance to be recognized for your qualification and experience.

I personally feel that there are too much negative comment on this issue recently.  Doing this, could misleading the Canada policy maker, on other hand, will misleading those who in China wanted to have a chance in a western country.

Please do not use this comment out side of this site: Politically, we still need to raise this issue to get more attention.  My point is that we need to look at ourselves to actively and positively resolve this issue.
