[求助]有关HR第一次面试的经验

各位大侠，前辈，请教一下HR第一次面试的
时候一般都会问些什么问题？
那位可以提供一下相关的经验，或者那里可以
找到类似的经验？

What do you think your advantages are?
What do you think your weaknesses are?
What's your expectation of salary?
What would you do if you found out your customer was not very satisfied with the job you did for them?

And also questions about your profession, such as:
What's your experience with .... (for example, Java, C++, if your profession is IT related)
If we have a job like this.... how do you think you would to it?

And stuff like that.

Remember, the point is, be confident at the interview.

Usually there will be several people from different deparments, not just HR people. HR people will ask general questions, people from other departments (the departments that are actually hiring) will ask detailed questions.
