Position: Marketing Assistant
Job Status: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Job description:

Phone contact existing client and cold call to new client.

·
Deal with queries from the public and customers

·
Directly report to manager

·
General administrative and clerical support

·
Entry level position

Required Skills/Experience

·
University degree required.

·
Office experience preferred.

·
We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a professional and positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Ability to multi-task without losing quality.

·
Punctuality, proactive, good decision making and excellent follow-through skills are necessary.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Customer service orientation, attention to detail, reliability.
