当然，如果你是两口子，两个人都不能有收入，好象还有一条就是你的所有资产不能超过15万加元。如果其中一个人有收入，就会少一些。具体是你先去参加一个LINC考试，移民部门搞的。如果他们认为有需要，你就可以参加学习班。每月有以上的补助。不过据说学不到太多东西。我想这也在于个人吧。有人说你需要装成你英语很差的样子，才能得到这个机会。实际上也不是这个样子。我就去参加过 考试。笔试部分基本没有问题。 考官说你的英语很好啊。然后就是一个看图说话，好多话说不清楚，考官就说，好象还是需要锻炼。就允许我去上课，这是学校开学了，没有时间去上课。这个培训课程是FULL TIME的，所以不能缺席。据说如果你几次不上课，就取消你的资格，当然补助也就没有了。

University of Regina and University of Saskatchewan are in Regina and Saskatoon respectively. If you want to study English and get some subsidary, you should go Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science & Technology, the website is http://www.siast.sk.ca/ and you can check it on the web. I am not sure is there any infromation on subsidary. But I am definitely sure that if you study there, you can get the provincial allowance. A lot of Chinese students are there.
