I lived there. 新罕布什尔州 do NOT pay 收入和消费税, zero :-D . People from Boston drove one hour to shop in HH
I am not sure about 房产税

However not a lot of jobs down there (total population is only 1M). People from other states buy vacation properties. Income of permanent residents are usually low.
