[求助]有关按摩营业执照的问题

我在中国是一名教按摩老师，我有3级按摩高级证书，是通过中国公证处公证的中英文双语的证书。我想在安省开一个按摩诊所，不知道我的证书是否好使，请教各位，谢谢！

no, you can not.
you need to get a certificate here.

There are two kinds of certificates:
1. RMT, you need to go to collage for 2years and past an exam for license. If you have health education backgroup, it would be only 8 months.
2. you can get it from a college in a few days or weeks, don't know how long. But not good for clients covered with insurance
