during waiting time, you had better go online to check home furnace troubleshooting, learn something, at least, technician can't fool you.

u r right! Not only that guy, I would say all the company.
don't use that company again!!!!
I complaint, customer service lied to me either.
I sent companit letter to the company, no reply!
I swear never use their furnace  insurance again.
Just find some Chinese body to fix your problem.

to solve the problem is quite simple:

1. write them a letter via registered mail, ask for refund, give a due date

2. if no reply, file a claim to small claim court

3. file a complaint to BBB (better business bureau) or Ontario Consumer
