非常好的文章，在51新闻有太多中国人和警察或者任何加拿大持法机构发生冲突，送到精神病医院。
文章告诉我们来了加拿大一定要入乡随俗，要知道加拿大的法律，在处理突发性事情的时候一定要冷静，既然已经选择移民加拿大就要享受加拿大的生活方式，不要老是和中国比较，如果那么留念中国还要移民干什么？

In Canada, there are 3 types of police:

1. Municipal police, e.g. Toronto Police, Peel Police and York Police, mainly in big cities.

2. Provincial police, e.g. OPP in Ontario. They are responsible for provincial highways, intra-provincial criminal matters, and contract with smaller municipalities in the country areas for police services.  Otherwise, these small townships cannot afford police service.

3. National police, e.g. RCMP (皇家骑警).  They are responsible for ports, international and inter-provincial criminal matters and contract with smaller municipalities in the whole country for police services.  Surprisingly, Vancouver contracts out with RCMP because of the historical small sizes of the townships, about 10 of them.

Given the narratives in the story, I believe the police is RCMP in Vancouver British Columbia.

也许你说的有道理，但想请教一下，文章哪里说明他们是在BC省呢；而且，仔细的看了一遍，发现只是招来2次警察而已。
所以，如果我有时间的话，还是要继续等下篇，看看第三次来“皇家骑警”是为何？

也许你说的有道理，但想请教一下，文章哪里说明他们是在BC省呢；而且，仔细的看了一遍，发现只是招来2次警察而已。
所以，如果我有时间的话，还是要继续等下篇，看看第三次来“皇家骑警”是为何？
